Experience

Jeff Foggan, Managing Director, has been in the timber frame industry for 20 years and has been involved in all aspects of the industry. Work has involved volume and one off developments using the panel system. We also have used The Stick Build method (an American System gaining popularity in the UK).

Larger Post and Beam Glulam structures have been built (Leisure Centres, Garden Centres, Schools etc). 400 Bed student accommodation have been undertaken that were 5 storeys in height. Another of our skills is the erecting of Green Oak Housing and Hotels - a most enjoyable form of construction.

Supervisory Experience

Jeff Foggan has in the past worked as a freelance Contracts Manager in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland covering the structures for a medium to large Timber Frame Manufacturer, employing teams on multiple sites and supervising their work on these sites.

Two contracts, in Scotland, were to supervise and advise the developers own team on the manufacture, delivery to site and the erection of luxury houses up to the point of sale.
